When it comes to pasta, there are many combinations you can try, and one of the most delicious ones to try is broccoli and pasta. Keep reading because this recipe will always be an ace up your sleeve when you need to prepare something yummy and are short on time. Warning: this dish is perfect for any occasion but it tastes amazing during the spring.

  • ½ pound ground beef

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ cup chopped onion

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 2 cups homemade tomato sauce

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 200 grams of rotini pasta

  • 3 cups broccoli, washed and cut into pieces

  • Basil

  • Grated Parmesan cheese to taste


  • Start by preheating the Large Skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef without using oil. Add the garlic and finely chopped onion, mix well.
  • Next add the tomato sauce, dried oregano, chicken broth and rotini pasta. Mix and cover the Large Skillet with the Nutri ✓ Sensor in the vent position. Heat for 5 minutes until the water seal forms. Then remove the cover and continue mixing.
  • Place the 6 L Grater / Steamer Tray on the Large Skillet, which contains the pasta, and place the previously-washed broccoli on the tray. Cover with the 5 Litre utensil inverted and cook for 15 minutes until the pasta and broccoli are done.
  • When ready, serve garnished with a little basil and grated cheese. It’s that easy! What an exquisite recipe. Everyone will love it!
