Preheat the Small Classic Skillet over medium heat. In a bowl, add the eggs and beat them with a fork until well combined. Perform the water test to make sure that the utensil is hot enough: just take a few drops of water with your fingers and sprinkle them on the surface of the pan. When the droplets “dance”, it’s time to add the ingredients.

Place the butter in the pan and distribute it evenly. Add the eggs and let them cook for a minute and then stir with a Spoonula until they are cooked completely.
