In this post, we will show and tell you how to prepare tomato sauce in the Rena Ware style, with texture, flavor, and aroma that blend perfectly to transform pasta, or any dish you want, into a delicious and memorable experience.

Let’s start cooking!

Pasta Tomato Sauce

Cut a shallow cross at the top of each tomato. This will make it easy to remove the skin later. Add 2 cups of water to the utensil and then add the tomatoes. Cover the utensil with the Nutri ✓ Sensor in the “Open” position and close it after the whistle sounds. Reduce the temperature to low and cook with the valve closed for 5 minutes more.

Remove the tomatoes and place them in a bowl of cold water. Let them sit until they are at room temperature and then remove the skin. Place the tomatoes in another bowl and with the Masher from the Kitchen tool Set, crush them, taking care to leave some pieces of tomato to give your sauce texture.
