Prep time

Cooking time

  • 4 boneless pork chops

  • 1 tbsp orange marmalade

  • 3/4 cup orange Juice

  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard, or regular yellow mustard

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • A few sprigs of rosemary

  • Start by preheating the Large Frypan while seasoning the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. When the utensil is preheated and ready, add the pork chops without adding a single drop of oil.
  • That’s the beauty of cooking with Rena Ware! Next, cover the utensil with the Nutri ✓ Sensor set to the “steam” position. Cook the pork chops for about 5 to 7 minutes, then remove the cover and flip them. Cover again and let them cook until done, then remove from the utensil and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, add the orange marmalade, mustard, orange juice, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • To finish the dish, slice the onions in julienne and add them to the same Large Frypan used for the pork chops. Add the minced garlic, mix well with the Spoonula, and cook until translucent.
  • Add the orange juice mixture and let the sauce reduce until it has a thick consistency and it forms a glaze. Use the Spoonula to spread the onions over the pork chops to give them a sweet touch, garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve with white rice on the side. Done! Time to enjoy and share a delicious meal!
