We are excited to start another year of sharing delicious recipes, cooking tips and much more. But first, we want to say “THANK YOU”. Thank you for being with us for another year, thank you for being part of our family and thank you for Celebrating Life with Rena Ware.
2020 is a new start that allows us to make changes that help us feel good about ourselves. No matter what your goals and objectives are, remember … you can achieve them with the right attitude and effort! So raise your spirits and give yourself the most beautiful smile because together we can make 2020 a year to remember for a lifetime.
For our first blog of the 2020, we have a selection of healthy recipes to kick off the New Year. These recipes include healthy ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, and proteins that we cook with little or no oil. Without further ado, let’s start!
First on our list is this delicious salad with steak and pears. Thanks to the Grill Pan, your steaks will be grilled to perfection. This salad could easily be your main dish, as it has the ideal combination of proteins and carbohydrates. You just have to try it!
This is one of our favorite ways to fry chicken since you don’t need to add oil. The natural fat of the chicken is enough, and in less than 30 minutes you will have a delicious dish full of flavor.
This is a different option than the traditional, equally delicious rice. Remember that this recipe for cauliflower rice with vegetables is the classic version, but you can always use your favorite ingredients or ones you have on hand in your kitchen. Your only limit is your creativity!
We couldn’t miss adding a recipe for wraps to our list. But this time we decided to make them lighter and more nutritious by replacing the corn or flour tortillas with lettuce leaves. Do you dare to try them?
The taste and texture of the shrimp cooked in the Grill Pan will delight you and leave you wanting more salad. Best of all, you only need a few teaspoons of oil.
The best thing about this recipe is that we cook the pasta with the Rena Ware “water-less” cooking method so the natural nutrients of the pasta are not diluted in boiled water. Who dares to try it?
Which recipe do you like best? Leave us your comments and tell us when you plan on making it.
