If you want to cook one or two eggs, the Mini Skillet is the perfect size utensil in which to prepare them. Start by preheating the utensil and so the water test by adding a few water droplets to the utensil. When the droplets immediately begin to sizzle and bounce, the utensil is preheated and you can add the eggs. If the droplets spread out and evaporate, preheat the utensil a minute or two longer.
Add the butter and wait until it melts. Add the eggs, being careful not to break the egg yolk, and cover the utensil. Wait for about 3 to 4 minutes, depending on how hard or soft you like your egg yolks. Remove the cover and you are ready to enjoy a succulent breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
