Hola familia Rena Ware!
Happy Valentines Day! I am so excited this month to share this recipe with you! It’s my absolute favorite treat! When you have a sweet tooth, you can whip these gems up in about 15-20 min! No question, these are hands-down the best cookies you will ever have! These are made with ingredients that most of us all have on hand in our pantry. These cookies are definitely our family’s favorite! It’s super quick to put these delicious treats together. You can be creative and add coconut flakes, chocolate chips, peanuts, or raisins! This is also a super easy treat that the kids can help you make from start to finish. I have been making and perfecting this recipe since I was a kid and it’s my pleasure to share it with you!
Years ago in the USA, in Los Angeles California, I did this exact recipe on stage at a USA meeting, & it was a huge success and a wonderful treat. These are so good you will have a very hard time licking the spoon!
So this month, take a few moments, pull out your cookware, put this yummy and delicious treat together, and tell the people around you that you love them! Time in the kitchen with your family means quality time together. You will never regret the time spent together.
¡Gracias familia Rena Ware!

Hasta el mes que viene, mucho amor,
1 cup skim milk
3 cups sugar
1 cup butter
6 tablespoons cocoa
4 cups creamy or crunchy peanut butter
6 cups rolled quick-cooking oats
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons salt
Mix the sugar, butter, salt, cocoa, and milk together in the 5 Litre utensil. Bring the ingredients to a rolling boil, stirring constantly (approximately 5 minutes).
Remove utensil from heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Add rolled oats and mix until mixture is smooth. Scoop out ¼ cup of the dough and drop onto parchment paper. Let cool and then release from paper with a spatula. This recipe yields 30 cookies.
