Chocolate Oatmeal Brownies

Valentine’s Day is almost here. Each year, we look forward to this special day because everywhere are signs of love, affection, flowers and many, many chocolates. Today, we will show you how to make delicious Chocolate Oatmeal Brownies that you can give as a sweet gift to those you love the most. Besides being delicious, they are relatively healthy and easy to make. Let’s cook!

Chocolate Oatmeal Brownies

2 cups oat flour or finely ground oats
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons coconut oil
3-1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
6 tablespoons honey
6 eggs
Butter for greasing utensil

To Decorate:
Dark chocolate to spread
Powdered sugar
Heart shape confetti

Chocolate Oatmeal Brownies

Place the ingredients in a bowl, except for the butter, and mix well using the Combination Whisk from our Kitchen Tool Set. Grease the 1.5 Litre Utensil, and add 1/3 of the dough and press it down using the Spoonula. Bake it in the oven at 350 ℉ (180 ℃). Amazing how our utensils are heat resistant, right?

After 12 minutes, remove the utensil from the oven and allow the brownie to cool, then unmold it and repeat the process with the remaining two-thirds of the dough.

Chocolate Oatmeal Brownies

Cut the brownies into heart shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife from our Elite Series Cutlery Set. To decorate, dip each brownie in melted dark chocolate, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and heart shaped confetti.
