Luckily, there is no need to travel to Italy to enjoy this wonderfully smooth pasta with shrimp. Keep reading, and we’ll show you how to make a creamy Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo that will make you feel like you are in Italy!

Irresistible Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

In the 5 Litre utensil, add the water (according to the directions on the package) and noodles, cover with the Nutri ✓ Sensor in the open position, cook over medium heat until a water seal forms, and then change to the vent position to release steam without hearing the whistle.

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in the 3 Litre utensil; add the garlic and stir with our Spoonula. Stir in the flour and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the chicken broth, milk, heavy cream and constantly beat with our Combination Whisk from the Kitchen Tool Set to avoid lumps. Keep stirring until your sauce thickens. Add parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Your creamy and smooth pasta sauce is ready!

In the Large Frypan 28 cm, add 1 tablespoon butter, minced garlic, chili flakes and shrimp, ½ cup wine and mix well with the Spoonula.

Remove the pasta from the utensil and mix it with the shrimp mixture, then pour on the previously prepared white sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese if desired.

Now, it is time to enjoy this succulent dish. Remember, you can substitute chicken for the shrimp if you prefer. Either way, there is no doubt it will be delicious. Bon appetit!

  • 1 package fettuccine noodles

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3 tablespoons flour

  • 1-½ cups chicken broth

  • ¾ cup milk

  • ¾ cup heavy cream

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and Pepper 

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes 

  • 1 lb (½ kilo) shrimp

  • ½ cup wine
