1 whole chicken, cut in pieces

Preheat the Large Frypan 28 cm with cover on medium heat. Perform the water test to confirm that the utensil is the right temperature for frying. Don’t know how to do it? Keep reading to find out how.
Preheat the utensil and then add a few drops of water. If the drops immediately begin to sizzle and bounce, the utensil is ready for you to add the food. If the drops spread out and evaporate, heat the utensil a minute or two longer. If the water drops instantly disappear, the utensil is too hot. Let it cool and perform the water test again.
Season the chicken and without adding a drop of oil, place the pieces skin-side down in the utensil. Cover the utensil with the Nutri ✓ Sensor in the vent position, reduce the heat to low, and cook for 10 minutes.
The chicken will stick at first, but after 10 minutes, it will release easily from the utensil. Turn the chicken pieces, cover the utensil with the Nutri ✓ Sensor in the vent position, and cook for 10 minutes more.
